What wood are the combs made from? +
All Tame Comb combs are handcrafted from neem (Azadirachta indica) wood — a tree revered in Ayurveda for its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Each comb is hand-finished by artisans in Pune.
How long does shipping take? +
We dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days across India, depending on your location and the courier partner (India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery). You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? +
Yes. COD is available across India at no extra charge. Simply choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay the delivery partner when your order arrives.
What is the "Pay Later" option? +
Pay Later lets you place an order and pay via UPI or bank transfer within 24 hours. We will send you a payment link by email. Your order is held for 24 hours; if payment is not received, the order is automatically cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my comb? +
Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Email care@tamecomb.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
How do I care for my neem comb? +
Wipe with a dry cloth after use. Do not soak in water or leave it in a damp bathroom. Occasionally apply a few drops of coconut or neem oil and rub gently into the wood — this prevents drying and extends the comb's life.
Is neem wood anti-static? +
Yes. Unlike plastic combs, neem wood is naturally anti-static, which means less frizz, less flyaways, and less breakage during combing. It is particularly beneficial for dry or chemically treated hair.
Is the Set of 4 a good gift? +
Absolutely. The Set of 4 includes our long pampering comb, handle comb, travel comb, and wide-tooth comb — all four designs in one package. It comes in a gift-ready bundle and is our most popular option.
Do you provide a GST invoice? +
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every order and available for download from your account dashboard under "My Orders". Our GSTIN is 27AAHFE8199B1Z7.
How do I track my order? +
You can track your order on the Track Order page using your order number and email address. You will also receive shipping updates by email when your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship within India only. If you are located outside India and wish to place a bulk or wholesale order, please contact us at care@tamecomb.com.
