1. About Us

Tame Comb ("we", "us", "our") is a handcrafted neem wooden comb brand operating from Pune, Maharashtra, India. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website or via WhatsApp.

2. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The MRP shown on product pages is the maximum retail price you will pay.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of order placement.
• Any applicable shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incorrect pricing due to a technical error.
• Unavailability of the product.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where we have reason to believe delivery cannot be completed.

If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

4. Pay Later Orders

Where a "Pay Later" option is offered (e.g., payment link sent via WhatsApp or email), payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Orders where payment is not received within this window will be automatically cancelled. No stock is held against unpaid Pay Later orders.

5. Shipping

We ship across India only. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Our returns and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tame Comb name, logo, product designs, photographs, and all content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Tame Comb. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
