1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. We currently offer complimentary shipping storewide as part of our launch offer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of placement. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by public holidays, courier capacity, or weather. Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays.
4. Courier Partners
We ship via the following trusted courier services, selected based on your pin code and order size:
- India Post
- DTDC
- Delhivery
We reserve the right to use alternative reputable couriers if required. The courier partner does not affect the delivery promise.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order, please email us at care@tamecomb.com.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all orders across serviceable pin codes.
- There is no extra COD fee.
- Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to withdraw COD availability for specific addresses or order patterns in cases of repeated non-acceptance.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails (no one available, wrong address, refused by recipient), the courier will typically make 2 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To avoid failed delivery:
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
- Provide a complete and accurate address including pin code and landmark.
- Keep your phone reachable — couriers often call before delivery.
If the package is returned to us, we will notify you. Re-dispatch of the returned package will incur a re-shipping fee of ₹100. Alternatively, we can issue a refund (excluding original shipping cost if not free).
8. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product before accepting or opening. Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Refund Policy for resolution details.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted at this time. We hope to expand internationally in the future — follow us on Instagram for updates.
